  9.    MonSync is a small program which allows you to change those monitor drivers
  10. parameters which are unsettable via their options/tooltypes, specifically
  11. horizontal and vertical sync start and stop values.  Ever used MonEd, program
  12. designed to adjust the monitor settings?  You know then, you can't save all
  13. values.  This is where MonSync comes handy.

  15.    I wrote it because the C= 1942 monitor, which I have, has no automatic
  16. vertical resize, so Super72 modes look shrunk.  With MonEd, I found they can be
  17. made fit whole screen by altering the sync parameters.
